How are the costs composed?
xxx,- EUR charter fee for the yacht (depending on the ship) + optional accessories
300,- EUR entry fee per ship
310,- EUR event package per person
What does the starting fee include?
Complete organization and handling such as grouping, Austrian race committee, protest committee, daily results, daily reporting on the Internet, provision of a sailmaker, diver and service team on site, setting buoys, medical assistance, mooring fees in the marinas during the regatta, entrance ticket Kornati National Park, proper registration with authorities and port captain.
What does the event package include?
Rich breakfast buffets on the regatta days, opening buffet, varied social program such as jetty parties with free beer and music, use of marina facilities, dinner on the event days, Kornati Cup gift, registration of participants, press support, daily Kornati Cup Revue (print and online), daily Kornati Cup TV. The event package also includes the entry fee to the Croatian organizer Yacht Club Kornati in the amount of HRK 100,- (There is a minimum of three people to pay).

Deposit for start number and tracking 100,00 EUR in cash
Deposit for the boats is to be paid twice for regattas
Depending on the number of participants we optimize the capacity on the boats and try to consider your personal wishes!
Payment:
A deposit of EUR 500,- is required within 14 days after registration. Boats whose deposit is not paid within 14 days will be deleted from the registration list to allow others to participate. The remainder must be paid by 08.03.21.
Cancellation:
Cancellation of participation prior to 08.03.2021 will result in forfeiture of deposit.
Cancellations due to travel restrictions by COVID-19 are exempt, in which case the payment made will be refunded in the form of a credit.
In case of cancellation of participation after 08.03.2021 the deposit on the event package (€ 500,00) will be forfeited; furthermore the conditions for cancellation of individual participants apply.
In case of cancellation of individual participants after 17.04.2021 EUR 100,- per person will be forfeited. The rest of the money paid in will be refunded in the form of a credit note.
Covid:
In the event that the spread of the Corona virus, or decrees of the authorities in Germany, Austria, Slovenia or Croatia foreseeably severely affect or prevent an arrival or execution of the regatta, the Kornati Cup can be canceled. In case of a cancellation of the regatta, the paid participation fees will be refunded. Any cancellation fees of charter yachts are in no way to be charged to the organizers.
Data protection information:
The processing of personal data (e.g. name, address, e-mail address or telephone number) is carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and the applicable Data Protection Act (DSG).
Liability:
Participants sail at their own risk and peril (WRS4). The organizers and all those entrusted with the organization of the regatta, are not liable for any loss, damage or injury that may occur to persons, yachts or otherwise. This applies on the water and on land.
