If you book a skipper, we would ask you to first clarify which insurance the skipper already has. Because in case of a charter the skipper is liable with his liability insurance, which skippers often have all year round. Only the charter deposit insurance and the cancellation insurance make sense and save you unpleasant additional costs in case of insurance.

Charter deposit

Why all should pay for the damage only one has caused - That is usually the skipper himself?

Charter consequential loss

Covers justified recourse claims due to charter loss from the fourth day of the subsequent charter up to Euro 13.000,-. worldwide!

Charter cancellation

If the skipper cannot start the charter trip due to his own illness or the illness of a family member and the trip cannot take place.
